Abstract:
This report gives a detailed analysis of the Hospitality Department in 1993. Included in the report is: an environmental scan of Oakland County, an analysis of Oakland Community College and the OCC Orchard Ridge Campus, and an overview of the Hospitality Department. Also included is the Department’s: history, structure, management structure, academic division, associate degree programs, certificate and diploma programs, annual calendar, students and enrollment, faculty and staff, marketing, and finance.
