Abstract:
The purpose of this report is to aid in the creation of Oakland County's Workforce Development
Strategic Plan. Historical information has been gathered from various sources dealing with
different educational levels as well as Career Development, Workforce Development, and finally
Worker Enhancement within Oakland County. This instrument should provide assistance in the
journey of the planning process.
