dc.description.abstract	Students of Oakland Community College (OCC) who have not registered for classes in four consecutive semesters and who have not earned a degree or certificate are polled to determine the major reasons for not returning . Survey questions cover various subjects, including reasons for not returning to OCC, employment status, and educational goals. Those students who transferred to other schools were asked about their satisfaction with transfer procedures and academic preparation at OCC.	en_US
