The College Administrative Services Council (CASC) conducted a student survey
in February of 2005 to assess Food Services at the college. The goal of this
survey was to gather information regarding customer preferences and usage
patterns for the OCC student centers in order to provide recommendations for
future services and offerings. Both quantitative and qualitative data were
collected through surveys (web and e-mail), focus groups, and interviews. A total
of 1,205 OCC students responded to the survey. |
