Abstract:
The Credit for Life Experience Committee has been meeting throughout 1998 and researching
the various methods of awarding credit for prior learning. Below is a summary of results of the
research to this date. In addition, the committee has been exploring the methods currently used
by OCC either on a departmental or system-wide level. We are sending out a survey which we
ask that faculty complete and return to the committee to assure that we have uncovered all of the
methods in use.
