Abstract:
The following report summarizes the findings of a focus group organized to elicit student
opinion on the formatting and content of a collegewide student handbook. Issues addressed by
participants included the merits of presenting the information by campus versus subject, the
accessibility of the information, the explanation of services, and the size and style of the
handbook.
