dc.description.abstract In the Fall of 2007, Chief Human Resource Officer Cathy Rush and Academic Senate Chairwoman Mary Ann McGee contacted the Office of Institutional Research to sponsor a research study that will help better understand the retirement plans and career goals of OCC staff. In short, a succession planning survey was administered to gather feedback from the staff regarding their future plans. en_US
