The objective of this report is to present the trends in literature from our
Environmental Scanning Database in regards to quality services with a focus on transfer.
The major characteristics of quality services: As outlined in the Academic Master Plan
the Quality Services at OCC meet and strive to exceed the educational needs and desires
of individuals, communities, and organizations in order to promote their academic
success.
