Abstract:
This report is the Strategic Plan, Mission Statement, Goals, and Objectives from the Basic Skills Strategic Plan Committee. The Basic Skills Program was a college-wide program designed to meet the developmental needs of students with academic deficiencies who are perceived to have potential academic success.
