Abstract:
This report is in response to an appropriations act that took effect in 2004, which required each community college to report to the house and state fiscal agencies, the state budget director, and the department of career development, the tuition and mandatory tuition and fee rates paid by a full-time in-district student and a full-time out-of-district student as established by the college governing board.
