Abstract:
Broadcast Music, Inc. is one of three music rights management organizations in the United States and offers blanket music licenses to businesses and organizations that play music publicly. Copyright laws require music users to get permission before playing music publicly. This report is a requirement under BMI’s contract to aid in establishing the License Fee for each contract year. The report includes: enrollment data, number of campus radio stations, and cable television systems operated.
