2010 College Administrative Services Council Report: Systematic Planning Process Review of Administrative Functions

Abstract

This report is the result of an extensive, nine-month planning process facilitated by the College Administrative Services Council (CASC), from February 2010 - November 2010. The information contained in this report provides the Chancellor’s Cabinet with recommendations designed to reduce costs, maximize work efficiencies and take advantage of possible revenue-generating opportunities.
