Abstract:
The purpose of this document is to describe the process used by Oakland Community
College to develop and implement its annual General Fund budget.
It is intended to supplement and expand upon the annual Budget Process Presentation
presented in January.
It describes the role and tasks of the College Budget Committee, the Vacancy Committee,
and other parties who are involved in the budget process.
