Drs. Eleanor Brown, Bob Jensen, Diane Troyer and Jan Lyddon reviewed Student
Affairs/Services and assessed the quality and consistency of student services within each
campus and across all five campuses. The team reviewed extensive material and documents,
developed a survey that was distributed to all Student Services faculty and staff, interviewed 65
faculty, staff and students and visited each campus.
