Abstract:
This report is a program assessment of the English Language Institute at Oakland Community College by consultant and Ph.D. candidate Khodayar Abili from the University of Michigan. This report covers issues and recommendations on: OCC as a whole, the English Language Institute program, budget, staffing, and recruitment. Also discussed is the continuation of the English Language Institute as a self-supporting entity.
