Abstract:
This report outlines the components of the CREST program which includes: a program description; a performance review for the Emergency Medical Services Training, Fire Training, and Police Training programs; a recommendation summary; and recommendations to the Chancellor’s Cabinet. The performance review includes: Program Advisory Committee Minutes, Facilities/Equipment use and future needs, staffing, marketing, financial/budgets, programs/courses, and enrollment.
