dc.description.abstract The purpose of this report is to present information to assist in reviewing and evaluating the proposed changes in the existing Communications Arts and Technology program at Oakland Community College. Initiated by Mary Ann McGee, Interim Dean, Academic Services and Ted Rancont of the Communications Department, this assessment involved a comprehensive literature review, data supplied by MOIS and MESC, industry forecasts, an examination of related academic programs in institutions of higher education and a phone survey of potential employers. en_US
