dc.description.abstract First offered in the Spring of 1985, the Manufacturing Technology degree program was a restricted degree program for an automotive supplier’s employees (Dana Corporation). The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the training in meeting the stated objectives of the program. This was achieved by conducting a Follow-up Survey of 111 program completers. Measures of effectiveness were based on the students’ level of satisfaction. en_US
