dc.description.abstract	The Office of Institutional Planning & Analysis has compiled the attached enrollment penetration report using the zip codes where students reside. The report compares the number of residents 18 years and older to the number of residents enrolled at OCC. Enrollment figures are based on unduplicated student headcount for the academic year 1995-96, while the populations for these zip codes are derived from the 1990 Census and 1994 population update. The attached report depicts the penetration rate broken down by zip code and city sorted by the penetration rate.	en_US
