dc.description.abstract This study was conducted on behalf of the college-wide CQI team responsible for reviewing the college phone system. A total of 160 students enrolled during the Spring 1995 term were interviewed by phone between June 26 and 29, 1995. Respondents were randomly selected among all enrolled students. en_US
