Abstract:
These are recommendations by the Oakland Community College Economic Subcommittee to the Environmental Scanning Committee. Subjects included in the recommendations are: unemployment, taxes, business supported tuition, income predictions, consumer and business confidence, banking, consumer and producer price indexes, the recession, and national and international economies.
