Stronger By Design was the name given to the Oakland Community College ReDesign Process. The ReDesign process at OCC was the primary vehicle for implementing the priorities identified through OCC’s strategic planning process in a tightening budget environment. The ReDesign concentrated on redeploying OCC’s existing resources in a more focused and strategic manner.
