Abstract:
This study was performed in order to better understand the many components of the Medical Assisting profession and labor market. This study analyzes the Medical Assisting industry, defines the profession (job duties, work environments, education, training, certification recruitment, and career pathways), and considers the labor market for wages, future needs and trends.
