dc.description.abstract The purpose of this preliminary report, is to evaluate different organizations, agencies, institutions and companies that are known to utilize the services of translators/interpreters, are members of organizations that provide assistance or support to the deaf community, and/or are affiliated with organizations dedicated to aiding the deaf community in Oakland, Wayne and Macomb counties. In addition, this report evaluates each program, college, school and/or organization based upon the four P's of marketing: Product, Place, Price. and Promotion. en_US
